Our dream is to be a church in the midst of a desperate world; a church that will be a voice of hope - the hands and feet, the grace and glory of Jesus healing broken lives one by one as every person experiences the fullness of the freedom that God holds out to those who will believe. This will be a church where worship is spontaneous, passionate and unfettered because everyone is aware of the One True Source of their freedom and joy.

Our dream is to be a community where acceptance, love and grace are the main commodities; a place to truly belong; a place people run to because they see what their soul longs for; a place where such love overflows in compassion towards others who still need to taste that love.

Our dream is to be a place where the dynamic of the Spirit of God is not something we study or talk about, but experience in our daily life by faith as people are equipped and released to become all God dreams for them to be.

Our Core Values

Our primary reason for existence is to be in a loving relationship with our God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Our many forms of worship, both formal and informal are intended to bring him glory.

2. Committed To The Bible As The Word Of God
It is in the Bible that we find our final authority for faith and practice. Teaching of God's Word, anointed by the Holy Spirit, is the primary way God changes hearts.

3. Committed to Evangelism
The church, the body of Christ on earth, is the only hope of the world. God has called every individual of Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church to pray and work until every person in Lanark County knows Jesus as Lord and Saviour.

4. Committed To Making Disciples
Our goal is to see that men, women, youth, and children are led into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and become fully devoted followers of Him.

5. Committed To Gift-based Ministry
We desire to work with believers to help them to discover their unique spiritual gifts and use them for God's purposes.

We recognize that Christ's cause is global and we want to be involved in missions locally, in Canada, and around the world by giving finances, praying, sending workers, and planting churches until His plan is accomplished.
